Marilyn Morgadinho and Chrisanne Carwitz owners of Harmony Day Spa in Carmel Valley Village. They became fast friends fifteen years ago working together in the medical field. Marilyn worked thirteen years as an RN and the last seven as a teacher's aide at Tularcitos school. She has been a valley resident since 1987 and has pondered opening a business here in the village for the last few.

Chrisanne Carwitz is a Para-Medical Esthetician and a Certified Massage Therapist. She has over twenty years experience in the business and a dermatological medical background. Having spent the last nine years putting together a book on how to open a day spa, she will provide an individualized treatment while taking you to the ultimate state of relaxation.

Being fairly intelligent and highly motivated they decided that offering individualized spa services to the village residents and the tourists, at reduced costs, is just what we needed here! After months of planning and shopping and shopping some more, they transformed the former Valley Oaks Travel into an inviting Tuscan style retreat for the body and soul. They offer massage, facials, waxing and couples services. The spa is also available for private parties. You no longer need to leave the village to get pampered. They feel that providing spa services locally will compliment many of the other merchants and businesses here. Come join them for a quiet moment away from the daily stresses of life.
